OSHA Certified

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Regulation 29 CFR 1910.177 requires documented training for all employees that handle truck tires and wheels in any way. We provide classroom instructions and in field training on all aspects of servicing and installing Single and Multi-piece Wheels / Rims. Our Tire Technicians must pass a 170 question exam before they can become a Certified Commercial Tire Technician. Topics covered include: demounting, mounting, installing, removing and repairing a typical tire with tools and equipment used in the field. Our Tire Technicians learn every aspect of servicing and repairing medium truck tires and wheels. Our Tire Technicians learn every aspect of servicing three major wheel systems. Through the use of a comprehensive resource manual the technician has answers available for questions that may arise in the field. We have certified trainers in each of our Truck Tire Service facilities. This advanced training assures that our Certified Tire Technicians get first hand experience and the knowledge necessary to ensure the tire and wheel assemblies are safely returned to service.
